| The
Employment Management Association Evolves into SHRM Special Interest
Chapters, Groups
The intent
of this change is to closer align HR professionals with the special
niches of their interest and to be able to network and gain access
to n on those particular niches. Additional benefits that are
expected to be gained include the ability to be able to sharpen
the focus of programs, establish increased credibility and to
be able to establish the chapters as strong resources in the staffing,
recruiting and employment community
